The 1934 Nagler Helicogyro was single-seat craft that could operate as a helicopter or as an autogyro. In the later mode, the 2-bladed rotor freewheeled while the 90 hp Pobjoy drove a pusher propeller. Torque was to be counter-acted by the slotted tailplane.

The Helicogyro was testing in Britain in 1937 but considered to complex for production.
