He 115 A-3		 A total of 34 aircraft, divided into A-1 and A-3 versions, built from early 1938. Similar to the A-0. Additionally, two SC-250 suspensions were installed.
Like the A-1, but with improved radio equipment and jettisonable 50-liter fuel tanks in the cargo bay, built from September 1938.
3026 - 3037 He 115 A-2 Export version for Sweden (12), specially converted reconnaissance aircraft with a torpedo kit.

2081  -2100, 2218 - 2227, 2243-2252 + 2278, 2324, 2360, 2372, 2397 - 2401, 2407 - 2413, 2720 - 2724 He 115 B-1 Series production from December 1939, like B-0, two MG 17s fixed to the rear in the engine nacelle outlet as a retrofit kit from September 1, 1942. Note: Several B versions were converted to C versions from mid-1942 onwards!
2725 - 2754 He 115 B-2 Small series of 18 machines from March 1940, similar to B-1, but with floats and ice runners.

He 115 C-3		 Reinforced series from 1940: an additional MG 151/15 mounted in the nose of the fuselage and two fixed rear-firing MG 17s mounted in the engine nacelle outlets.
He 115 C 2 Like the C-1, but with ice skids. Only a small series in 1940.
He 115 C 3 Minelayer version, only 18 aircraft built in 1940
3239 - 3268 He 115 C-4 Aircraft for torpedo missions, armed only with one MG 15. A total of 30 aircraft were built.
He 115 D Fast reconnaissance aircraft, powered by two BMW 801 MA engines. Only one aircraft was built. Top speed 380 km/h, range 3,100 km, and ceiling height of 7,100 m.
