A total of 34 aircraft, divided into A-1 and A-3 versions, built from early 1938. Similar to the A-0. Additionally, two SC-250 suspensions were installed.
Like the A-1, but with improved radio equipment and jettisonable 50-liter fuel tanks in the cargo bay, built from September 1938.
3026 - 3037 He 115 A-2 Export version for Sweden (12), specially converted reconnaissance aircraft with a torpedo kit.

Note: Several B versions were converted to C versions from mid-1942 onwards!

He 115 C 3 Minelayer version, only 18 aircraft built in 1940
3239 - 3268 He 115 C-4 Aircraft for torpedo missions, armed only with one MG 15. A total of 30 aircraft were built.
He 115 D Fast reconnaissance aircraft, powered by two BMW 801 MA engines. Only one aircraft was built. Top speed 380 km/h, range 3,100 km, and ceiling height of 7,100 m.
