The aircraft was a cantilever monoplane of all-wood construction predominant fabric covering, only the fuselage and wing leading edge and tail fins had plywood planking. The machine was designed as a single seater and was to be equipped with an engine donated by the association's chairman, Medical Councilor Kurt Koch, who unfortunately opted for the proved to be too heavy for practical flight operations.
