Hall derived the Raab-Katzenstein RK 11 from the RaKa RK 10, specifically for the requirements of business travel, with a smaller 140 hp Mercedes engine. The RaKa RK 11 was offered in the 1928 price lists at a unit price of 24,500 RM, but no one was interested. Richard Bauer revised the design again in 1929 for use as a cargo aircraft with used, cheaper 200 hp Mercedes D.III engines. There were no buyers for this cheaper variant either.
