A-1 280 examples produced between the end of 1939 and the middle of 1941. Armament composed of 2xMG17 and 2xMG15, plus four ETC 50/VIII type underwing attaches for the transport and release of four 50 kg bombs. In the fuselage a photographic apparatus type Rb 20/30, 50/30, 21/18 or 50/18, plus a hand-held photographic apparatus type HK 12.5/7x9 or HK 19/13x18.
A-2 :537 examples produced between the middle of 1941 and the beginning of 1944. The two MG 15s were replaced by 2xMG81Z, for the rest of the armament and equipment of photographic equipment identical to the A-1.
A-3 Unarmed dual-control training aircraft; few examples produced, generally modified A-l.
A-4 :Few examples produced from the end of 1942, with 2xMGFF aa 20mm. wings (in substitution of the two MG17s) and 2xMG81Z; additional armor of the engines and the fuselage.
B-0, B-1 13 examples produced between the end of 1939 and the beginning of 1940. Unarmed dual-control training aircraft, with modifications to the lines of the cockpit, the landing gear and the engines.
F-1 17 examples produced in 1944, with Argus As 411 MA-1 engines.
/U1: suffix indicating the examples produced complete with underwing ETCs, applied to A-2 and A-4.
/U2 and /U3: suffix indicating aircraft converted for VIP transport; applied to A-l.
/Trop: suffix indicating aircraft equipped for tropical climat , with sand filters and equipment for crew survival in the desert. Applied to A-l.
